The Sparkling Wine produced in Jidvei, by the traditional “Champenoise” method, is fermented and delivered in the same bottle.

Using three variety of grapes, Feteasca Regala, Riesling and Pinot Gris, the wine mix as well as all the other champagne-making procedures taking place at the Cetatea de Balta Castle give special quality to our sparkling wine.

Romantine sparkling wine is either brut or semi-dry, white or rose - a variety special combination of technique and art.
