Vinars is obtained by ageing the distilled wine, in oak casks , for more than eight years.

The high acidity of the wines in Tarnave vineyard, which are distilled when still young, the proper division of these into fractions, and their prolonged ageing will yield a very fine brandy, with special personality, characteristic to Jidvei.
